A. B. DADE MEMORIAL NEAR HENDERSON, Ky., Aug. 24. The A. B. Dade Memorial Handicap, over a mile route, for three-year-olds and over, for a purse of ,000, is the featured event of the Dade Park Jockey Club for Saturday, August 27. The handicap is named in honor of the late starter, A. Barret Dade, for whom Dade Park is also named. Barret Dade was one of Americas outstanding starters of thoroughbreds. For many years the Dade Memorial Handicap has attracted some of the best horses in training and the running is also witnessed by large crowds.
