RIVERSIDE BOOKS OUT CICERO, 111., Aug. 24. Frank Harris is distributing the books for the first seven days of the meeting at Riverside Park, Kansas City, and these arrived at Hawthorne today. The session, which is scheduled for nineteen or more days, will get under way Saturday, September 3, and will be under the supervision of the popular western promoter William P. Kyne. Seven races will be given daily and several handicaps of 00 value will be run off.
