REPORT AUSPICIOUS OUTLOOK LATONIA, Ky., Nov. 4. Business conditions in New Orleans are better than in other parts of the country and the Jefferson Parish Fair, Inc., is looking forward to a good meeting, according to word sent up from the Crescent City by R. S. Eddy, Jr., general manager of Jefferson Park, where the annual winter season opens Thanksgiving day. "Things are coming along nicely," Mr. Eddy continued, "and we have more horses than we know what to do with. Every stall on the grounds has been assigned and quite a number of stables, which formerly raced at other winter racing points, will be with us this season."
