APPROVE CUBA APPLICATIONS Pour Hundred and Thirteen Horses in the Middle West and West Being Sent to Island. LATONIA, Ky., Nov. 4. Exclusive of applications from stables racing in the East, 413 horses have been approved for the coming winter meeting at Oriental Park, Havana, Of this number, a majority are racing here or resting at other Kentucky or western horse centers. Some, of the larger stables here appearing on the Oiental Park list, as given out today by Sideny S. Bender, include: Dixiana-Clyde Van Dusen, 15; W. F. Axton, 15; Jack Howard, 12; George Collins, 15; E. E. Watson, 8; H. Neusteter, 6; C. A. Bidencope, 6, and others. Others of the stables listed were M. Allen, 10; S. Gorbet, 12; C. Lemons, 10; E. J. OCon-nell, 10; Blue Star Stable, 16; Frank Serem-ba, 10; J. P. Smith, 11; W. M. Cain, 15; E. Denemark, 24; C. E. Davison, 15; O. L. Foster, 18; J. Bronnenberg, 9; Superior Stable 8; A. G. Tarn, 8, and others. The first shipment from here to the Cuban track will get away about November 15 and will comprise from three to five cars. Quite a few of the western stables booked for a Cuban campaign will race through the Jefferson Park meeting, New Orleans, before leaving for the Island. Stake blanks and condition booka for the first seven days of the meeting, which opens January 21, are being distributed by Bender and Phil McCann.
