PERMIT McCUAN TO SELL OUT LATONIA, Ky., Nov. 4. J. T. Ireland and Julius Reeder, stewards of the Fairmount Park Jockey Club, have given Edward Mc-Cuan, who was suspended pending investigation of the races run by Sobieha at the recent .Fairmount Park meeting, permission to sell his stable of horses. Judge Ireland, a visitor here, stated that McCuan will be permitted to dispose of the horses either by public or private sale. McCuan listed his horses as follows: Flag Bearer, Sobieha, Commandman, Gurgler, Issued, Herb Ashby, Jack Collins, Brooksie, Kinnear, Essie, Germaine Chauvelot, Bad Ax, Sun Worship, My Beauty and Benedict. All are in training at Fairmount Park, to where McCuan, who has been here for several days, is returning tomorrow night.
