SEA FOX raced close up from the start and, responding to pressure, went to the outside of the leaders entering the stretch and disposed of them and held PUCHERO safe. The latter came with a rush through the stretch and was wearing down the winner. CATERWAUL forced the pace from the start and, disposing of PARDEE in the stretch, tired at the end. MOMO moved up gamely near the stretch after stumbling in the early stages. PARDEE had no mishaps. SWATTER finished well. SCOUT MASTER came through on the inside entering the stretch. MACK SENNETT began slowly. CHARTRES quit. FLASHING COLORS was outrun. BLONDISH was in close quarters and bumped, the boy being thrown. Scratched 80258 Wise Advocate, 107. BENEDICTINE finished fast after being a trailer for a mile. ERIC THE RED was outrun in the last half mile. SPINACH raced evenly. SPAR bobbled at several fences. CAWVOGE tired badly and was" eased up. DARTLE overcame early interference and, coming through on the inside entering the stretch, was in close quarters near the end. FIRST MINSTREL began slowly, worked his way up and finished with a rush. TRUMPERY showed early speed. CHANGELING finished well. SUNADOR began slowly. AUNT FLOR quit. AGRARIAN had no mishaps. KAWAGOE dwelt at the start, but moved up fast on the inside, , only to tire. SAINTED was in close quarters in the stretch run when ROSE CROSS bore over. POMPESTIAN raced forwardly and had no mishaps. CARABINIER II. showed a good effort throughout. FAST CHANCE swerved under pressure. GITAPP finished gamely. PRECEPT began slowly and slipped through on the inside in the stretch. RED JOHN was slow to besin. PINBUD had no mishaps. KYSO quit under pressure. SPOILT BEAUTY was in close quarters and could not get clear. BROWN JACK quit. Scratched Observant, 116.
