1 HAMILTON, 0IMT-, NOTES : g F. Weiner sent three horses to Montreal in charge of former jockey Guy Mangan. The racers included Peace Treaty, Dandy Dan and one other. Arthur Hullcoat unloaded four racers which he secured during the last few days of the Empire City meeting. The shipment included Miney Myerson, Sequoia, Hours-end and Giggley Ann. Officials of the Hamilton Jockey Club notified secretary J. P. Turner that owing to the treacherous condition of the turf course over which the final race was scheduled to be run that the contest would have to be decided over the main course. This is done to keep the grass track from being cut up. Before leaving for Hawthorne, R. E. Potts, acting for P. A. Markey, sold the three-year-old gelding Polonian to J. O. Burttschell, for a sum that was not divulged. Polonian I will race in his new owners colors on Fri-day at Hamilton. I
