1 DORVAL PARK TURF NOTES I $ Irish Consul is the latest nomination for the Quebec Espoir, to be run closing day at Dorval. The Espoir The Hopeful is confined exclusively to juveniles foaled in the Province of Quebec. Cupboard, which was cut down several weeks ago. is expected to be seen under colors during the forthcoming Connaught Park meeting. Bryan Steel, the well known Californian will supervise the loading of the Cattarinich safety machine for Connaught Parle, and will be assisted by Vincent Stott and Bruce Weir. The Canadian-bred yearlings, the property of J. Cattarinich have been sent to Blue Bonnets from the Vercheres breeding farm and are being given their early education by jockeys C. Hanauer and R. Feeney. F. Seremba will depart next week for Harrisburg, Va., to arrange shipping the fifteen, yearlings he purchased to New Orleans. The six colts will all be unsexed. The entire band are by Tall Timber and will be made ready for New. Orleans racing.
