ONLY SEVEN RACES DAILY CINCINNATI, Ohio, Aug. 3. William V. Dwyer, president of the Cincinnati Jockey Club, announced that starting Monday, August 7, there will be only seven races daily and that the "Daily Double" will be used on the first and second races. Heretofore this system of wagering has prevailed on the second and fourth races. The post time for the first race probably will be set at a later hour. At present the first of the eight races starts at 2 p. m.
