KENILWORTH PLANS UNCERTAIN TORONTO, Ont, Aug. 3 Queried regarding Mr. Orpens intentions with regard to running a second meeting at Kenilworth, now that the new Detroit Racing Association has announced a twenty-five day meeting that will be opened on September 2, manager George Hay stated no definite plans had been, made, but considered it probable that a second Kenilworth meeting might be staged following the close at Detroit. However, it is likely that a more definite announcement will be forthcoming from Mr. I Orpnes office shortly.
