I AURORA TURF NOTES Fifteen horses comprising the stable of J D Mikel arrived Tuesday morning from San Antonio and from the manner in which they bucked and played while unloading they endured the long trip in good shape The string was headed by Gaillardia Ridge view Erech Polyfon Longus and Prince Tokalon Others in the shipment were Lamp Black Enro Lebam Miss Bane Jay D Flag Time Ayston Sarazen II and Wirt G Bowman Teddy King the stable rider ac ¬ companied the stable Included among the riders that will go from Aurora to Fairmount to ride are R Haber Tracy Reno R Moon R Cheatham J Guerra J Dillea H Manifold T P Mar ¬ tin R G Cooper J Hernandez W I5og anowski H Chinn Glen Horn Willie Dovet Charlie Hanauer G Hainesworth M Knight J Ketry B Marshio Walter Magner Johnny Leyland C Rollins F A Smith W Taylor R Wimmer and M Wimmer WimmerJockey Jockey Melvin Knight who relieved out ¬ rider Frank Miller Monday when the latter was taken suddenly ill continued in that capacity today as Millers condition showed no improvement and it is doubtful when he will return to duty
