ONONDAGA RACING ASSOCIATION ALBANY N Y May 19 The recently organized Onondaga Racing Association Inc of Syracuse N Y was granted a char ¬ ter of incorporation today by Secretary of State Edward J Flyhn The association has been formed to promote the advancement of the breeding of thoroughbred horses and to conduct horse race meetings for running horses and light harness horse contests This organization is authorized to acquire all real property and equipment necessary to carry out its purposes It has a capitalization of 20000 to which the principal sxibscribers are Xeo Dandurand Montreal Canada J I orman Beck Syracuse and Florence V James Solvay The association has secured dates f dr two race meejing at Syracuse which will be coridijcted in3ep endently of the annual state fair
