FLOODS IN SOUTHWEST OKLAHAMO CITY, Okla., May 22. As flood crests rolled toward their lowland homes, hundreds of families in Oklahoma and Texas moved to higher ground on Tues-r day. The highest water was expected that night, and officials sponsored the removal of 300 families as a precaution against increasing the death toll, which now stands at twenty lives.
