J. J. BRUMAGE SUSPENDED HAMBURGER JIM BARRED CINCINNATI, Ohio, Oct 28. The stewards of the River Downs Racing Association today issued the following ruling: "The saliva test on Hambivger Jim, taken after the first race on October 15, having shown a positive reaction to strychnine, the trainers license of J. J. Brumage has been, suspended and a recommendation made to the state racing commission that it be withdrawn. J. J. Brumage is denied all privileges, including admission to the grounds or tracks under the jurisdiction of the Ohio State Racing Commission. The horse Hamburger Jim is disqualified from racing. "The purse of October 15 is declared forfeited and the first money ordered to be paid L. J. Diller, owner of Blind Star, which finished second in the race. Zipalong has been moved to second place. Quick to third and Smooth to fourth. "This does not in any manner affect the betting on the race of October 15."
