DALLAS MEETING IN 1937 ARLINGTON, Texas, Oct 28. Fair Park, Dallas own race course, situated within the state fair grounds enclosure in that city, will re-open for a spring meeting next year, according to Richard B. George, principal owner of the plant. Questioned at Arlington Downs today, George confirmed reports of intentions to return Fair Park to the list of active Texas courses in 1037. Under agreement with the Texas Centennial Association, Fair Park was not opened this year.
