I EMPIRE CITY TURF NOTES J Trainer George Odom stated that Marshall Fields Sir Damion and Charing Cross were given their final "unwinding" gallop of the year. Both colts will be fired next week and then shipped to Columbia, S. C., for the winter. A sale of horses in training under the auspices of the Fasig-Tipton Company, will be held in the paddock before the first race Thursday.
