WINN LEAVING FOR EAST Col. Matt J. Winn, just re-elected president of the American Turf Association, will leave for New York today to spend a few days on business. From New York he will return to Chicago for one day and then depart for Churchill Downs, at Louisville, where he will remain until after the running of the Kentucky Derby.
