BEN All HANDICAP FEATURE Fixture of Old Kentucky Association Heads Card at Eeeneland Test Derby Eligibles. LEXINGTON, Ky., April 23. James W. Parrishs Dellor and Manhasset Stables White Tie, two of the more prominent Kentucky Derby candidates training here, will oppose four older horses in the revival of the Ben All Handicap tomorrow at Keeneland. j The mile and one-sixteenth stake, which for many years was a feature at the old Kentucky Association course, will have ,500 added and possess a gross value of ,775. Dellor will be making his first start since he finished third to Columbiana and Finance j in the Widener Challenge Cup at Hialeah Park. White Tie, which won a six furlongs sprint on opening day in impressive fashion, will be asked to shoulder 105 pounds. John M. Gaver, trainer of White Tie, believes the Ben All will prove whether or not the colt has Derby quality. COUNT MOUSE AT !TOr. Actual top weight of the Ben Ali field will be Count Morse, with 117 pounds. Others in the field are Hal P. Headleys Sparta, Mills-dale Stables Giant Killer and E. W. Duffys Sir Jim James. This morning Dellor went three furlongs in :34, accompanied by Proph. being eased up the half mile in :47. Both colts were driving. White Tie, accompanied by Airy Going, breezed four furlongs in :48.
