KAISER EN ROUTE SOUTH ARLINGTON, Texas, April 24 Dr. J. M. Kaiser, who serves as track veterinarian at several Illinois tracks, left for Milky Way Farm at Pulaski, Tcnn., where he will inspect several horses. From there he goes to Churchill Downs and then to Chicago. Dr. and Mrs. Kaiser have been on an extended trip that took them to the Pacifiq Coast.
