HEELFLY DEPARTS FOR DOWNS WITH HIS OWN BODYGUARD ARLINGTON, Texas, April 24. Heelfly, Waggoner Brothers crack three-year-old, and the Lone Star States entry in the world-famed Kentucky Derby, departed for Louisville Friday afternoon in a big time style, as befitting a Kentucky Derby possibility. Occupying one whole quarter of the de luxe Waggoner Three Ds Stock Farm horse express car, Heelfly also had for himself, in addition to Francis Tankers-ley, his regular attendant who, with Dan Dearing, practically raised him from infancy, a personal bodyguard in Marvin Big-gars, husky six-footer who received instructions from E. Paul Waggoner to stay as close to the colt as he would to himself. And Biggars is in the habit of paying attention to orders, so Heelfly will not want for protection as he awaits and works for the supreme test of his brief yet meteoric career.
