FRANCO REPORTED ILL LONDON, England, Dec. 23. The London Daily Telegraph stated in a Gibraltar dispatch today that it had learned from an authoritative source that Insurgent Spanish Generalissimo Francesco Franco is seriously ill with influenza. The papers said no official statement regarding Francos reported ailment has been issued.
