MONDAY POST TIME 2:15 P. M. NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 23 Post time for the first race on Monday, January 2, at the Fair Grounds will be 2:15 oclock, instead of the usual 2:00 oclock, it was announced here today by general manager Robert S. Eddy. The change was made to the advantage of those who wish to see the Sugar Bowl football game between T. C. U. and Carnegie Tech and also the running of the New Years Handicap. There will be hundreds of out-of-town visitors in New Orleans next week-end to attend the local football spectacle and the Fair Grounds hopes to draw heavily from their numbers.
