WORDEN GOING TO FLORIDA. I Thomas C. Worden, well-known Chicago sportsman and horse owner, plans to leave Chicago January 2, for Miami, Florida, where he will remain until April 1. Ben Jones, who trains the big Woolford Farm i stable for Herbert M. Woolf of Kansas City, a close friend of Wordens has three of the latters horses in the same string he is now training in the Florida resort and which includes Lawrin, 1938 Kentucky Derby winner. Worden was among the interested spectators at the Black Hawks-Detroit hockey game Thursday night at the Chicago Stadium.
