JEWISH REFUGEE AGREEMENT BERLIN Germany July 22 A farreach ¬ ing agreement between Great Britian and Germany regarding the fate of Jewish refugees from the Reich was reported in semiofficial German sources today coinci ¬ dent with unqualified denial of any Anglo German negotiations regarding Danzig Re ¬ liable sources said they understood that Dr Helmuth Wolthat of the German Reichs bank who is now in London made great progress in the refugee discussions with British officials but officials discounted any and all rumors of a new Munich concern ¬ ing Danzig Dr Wolthat confined his talks with British officials to the refugee prob ¬ lem it was said It was officially denied that any conversations with regard to a British loan to Germany in exchange for peace had taken place
