j Thomas W. Simmons Purchases Grazide Ranch in California LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 22— Thomas I W. Simmons, well known California sports-j man and a director of the Hollywood Park I race track, has acquired the historic Graz-j ide Ranch at Puente formerly owned by Al Green, movie producer. Simmons, who is in the oil business with offices in the Richfield Building, Los An-[geles, is reported to have paid 50,000 for the tract of 400 acres. On the property is I an early California adobe residence whose original construction has been retained throughout the 150 years since it was built. The estate also contains a half-mile race track, a lake, swimming pool, and orange and walnut groves.
