Captain 0#Hay Early Bird COLLINSVILLE, 111., June 22.— The first application filed with racing secretary Dick Leigh for the fall meeting at Fairmount Park came from Capt. Patrick Irving OHay, who sent his request for stalls from his farm at Taos, New Mexico. OHay wants to bring three horses here, including Gay Dalton, one of the best three-year-olds participating in the recent Mexico City meet- ing. Gay Dalton, who was fourth in the 100,000 pesos Handicap de Las Americas, feature of that meeting, will have Brush Foot and The Cloud as stablemates.
