G. M. Johns Suspension Lifted WHEELING, W. Va.. June 29.— G. M. Johns, who has been suspended since June 23, 1938, was restored to good standing by the West Virginia Racing Commission. Johns was suspended for not returning purse money he had collected when Stealth won a race June 22, 1938, for which he was not eligible. The commission is anxious to contact the following men: H. Eister. A. Meyer and J. J. Vance, who will be allotted the part of the purse to which they were entitled and failed to receive. The above mentioned men are instructed to address the West Virginia Racing Commission at Charleston, W. Va. 1 I 1 ■
