Jersey Breakage Bill Killed TRENTON, N. J., April 11.— A bill sponsored by Assemblyman Jacob S. Glicken-haus R. Essex i, which would have given J the state the entire breakage in pari-mutuel 1 betting, was killed in the New Jersey Assembly here yesterday. It was referred to 3 the miscellaneous business committee, where undesired legislation is interred. .• There is only one track in New Jersey at present, Garden State Park, near Camden. u Breakage will continue to the nickel, with i the track collecting all of it.
