MISS AMANDA could not keep up. ADOLF broke fast, but did not like the mudd going. GREEN BAY was done early. The latter, close up from the start, took command near the stretch and held a clear lead when settled for the drive, but could not stave off the winner. FLEMINGSBURG went to the front at once, made the pace to the upper turn, then faltered. WAR COMMUNIQUE finished well on the outside. LADY ORCHID gave way badlv in the final quarter.
