Alt Handling Two Riders LOUISVILLE, Ky.. April 17.— The engagement books of Otto Grohs, who is engaged to ride for John Marsch, and apprentice Sammy Hall, whose contract is held by Harry C. Hatch, have been placed in the hands of the veteran Judd Alt, former rider.
