Initial Churchill Condition Books Are Being Distributed LOUISVILLE, Ky.. April 18— The first program book for the Churchill Downs meeting, a volume containing conditions for all overnight races to be run during the first eight days, nominations for the 5,000 added Kentucky Derby and seven other added money events and other information of interest to horsemen, is off the press and available to turfmen here. Local distribution began this morning and horsemen at other racing centers will receive thtir copies within the next few days. Besides the Derby, which will have it* seventieth running on Saturday, May 6, Churchill Downs is renewing the Clark Handicap, Derby Trial, Debutante Stakes. Bashford Manor Stakes, Kentucky Oaks, Churchill Downs Handicap and the Kentucky Handicap.
