Denied License Second Time TRENTON, N. J., April 18.— For the second time, the New Jersey State Racing Commission denied an application by the Trenton Jockey Club for a license to conduct a 50 -day meeting at the local Fair Grounds this season. No reason for the action was given by the commission. Last year it rejected a similar application with the explanation that it objected to race tracks in highly developed industrial areas.
