, 1 | Head, Sweeney Downs Directors LOUISVILLE. Ky., April 19— At a meeting of stockholders of Churchill Downs, Inc., held in their offices here Tuesday, 10 directors were reelected. C. Bruce Head, presiding steward in charge of racing, and Russell Sweeny, resident manager, were chosen to replace the late Judge Anthony Carroll and Samuel C. Stone. The directors meeting later reelected all officers: Col. Matt J. Winn, president; Polk Laffoon, -vice-president; Samuel C. Culberson, chairman of the board; Sam H. McMeekin. sec- retary; Stanley F. Hugenberg, treasurer; Russell Sweeney, resident manager; C. Bruce Head, presiding steward, and Wililam H. Shelley, racing secretary. ■
