Preakness Hopes Dimmed BALTIMORE, Md.. April 19.— The Preakness hopes of Declared and Picotee, W. L. Branns hopefuls for the mile and three sixteenths fixture, took a decided drop here yesterday when they finished sixth and seventh in an eight -horse race won by O. S. Jennings Blue Sash. Picotee had brief early speed and Declared made a mild bid nearing the half-mile pole but both stopped so badly that they must be passed up when picking logical winners of the 0,000 added race.
