South American Buys Racers LEXINGTON, Ky., April 19.— Thomas B. Cromwell today sold to Oscar Whilden, of New Orleans, the horses Parted Waters and Alhakit. Whilden acted for a South American patron and the horses will go aboard a ship within the next several days.
