John Marsch on Hand to See Juveniles in Morning Trials LOUISVILLE. Ky., April 19.— Arriving at ; : Churchill Downs at an early hour today, , John Marsch, one of the countrys leading owners, had the pleasure of observing in t private trials a number of the 22 thoroughbreds • whom Burley Parke is training for • him. The Chicagoan was particularly t pleased with the manner and speed displayed • by some of his two-year-olds, his j trainer working most of the juveniles in i sets of two. There are 13 youngsters in the large establishment, • among them sons of Bull Dog, . Questionnaire, Teddys Comet, Ariel. Pay I Up. Challenger II.. and Pharamond II. Four young fillies in the stable are by , Omaha, War Admiral, Bull Lea and Pharamond II. The older Marsch performers are Occupation, Occupy, Jezrahel, Wrightwood. Cloverland, Valdina Foe, Sar-aphara. Chance Game and Night Wave.
