Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form TORONTO, Ont., May 31.— At a meeting of the Incorporated Canadian Racing Associations, held today, the following orders were released: "The application of Connaught Park to conduct a race meeting under the jurisdiction of the ICRA is awaiting final consideration of the requirements set out by the ICRA by the directors of the Connaught Park Jockey Club. Suspension of the race horse Mere Frolic is this day terminated."
