Hilltop Park Plans Twilight Racing on Week-Days of Meet GROVE CITY, Ohio, May 31.— Twilight racing will prevail daily except Saturdays and July 4 throughout the 19-day meeting of running races opening at Hilltop Park, Steubenville, Jun 13. General manager D. E. Cronin today announced that the post time for twilight racing at Hilltop Park will be 4:30 p. m. Eastern Daylight Saving Time . On Saturdays and July 4, the starting time is to be 2:30 p. m. Eastern Daylight Saving Time. Hiltop Park, formerly known as Fort Steuben, is having its face lifted and general manager Cronin vows that so many changes and improvements are being made that even the Steubenville "regulars" will not recognize the picturesque half-mile plant.
