Preliminary Labor Hearing NEW YORK, N. Y., June 6.— A preliminary hearing in the re-opened case of Local 814, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, representing grooms and exer-size boys versus a large number of owners and trainers of thoroughbreds was held this morning at the New York State Labor Relations Boards rooms. State Labor Commissioners Keith Lorenz and Murray Goldberg presided at the hearing. After brief testimony, an adjournment was granted until Monday, June 13 when two witnesses will be heard. Another adjournment will then be granted until a third witness, stricken yesterday with appendicitis, is released from the hospital.
