Paley, Levy Dissolve Jaclyn Partnership Latter Ships Stable Here for Meeting at Arlington Park SANTA ANITA PARK, Arcadia, Calif., June 6. — Jay Paley and his nephew, Leon Levy, have dissolved their partnership in the Jaclyn Stable and the horses Levy will race departed Saturday for Chicago. In the shipment were Mulatto, Spotted Bull, Imperial Rock, Brown Moat, Arthurian and I Will. In the Split-up of the stable, Levy also acquired sole ownership of several broodmares, among them Jitters, Color Fast and Delphy, and they are to be sent on to Kentucky from Chicago. Levy said that after the Arlington Park season his horses will be sent to Atlantic City. Hurst Philpot, who trained the Jaclyn Stable, will continue to train those which Levy will race. Levy will retain the stables name. Paley, who several days ago announced that he is retiring from racing as an owner, will continue in the sport for the present and he has engaged Allen Druniheller to train for him. He may decide, he said, to race the horses. The horses to remain in the Paley stable are Balcrest, Blue Admiral, Back Drop, Bull Me, Cold Sparrow, Conformity, Count Willoe, Dreamy Miss, Evening Blend, In-roc, It Happened, Librarian, Precedent, Questophar, Singing Pilot, Torch Carrier, Mailed Fist, Voodoo and Pentresse. Levy, who came here several days ago to dissolve the partnership with Paley, left yesterday for New York.
