Kidd; bred by Charles T. Fisher. WENT TO POST-6:01.. OFF AT 6:01 EASTERN STANDARD TIME. Start good from stall gate. Won driving; second and third the same. CHOCK ABL0CK, far back and outrun to the last three-eighths, was blocked while moving up in the stretch, then was taken out to sevure racing room and, finishing strongly between horses, was up in the last stride. MARKET OUT, outrun early, steadily improved his position to the stretch, reached command when settled for the drive, held on willingly, but could not withstand the top one and just missed. HIMMELEE, much used racing with TRY AGAIN to the stretch, forced the latter wide while drifting out during the drice, then closed determinedly. TRY AGAIN engaged HIMMELEE for three-quarters of a mile, then was forced out at the stretch turn by the latter and weakened during the final furlong. CAN STEP was outrun. THE PROBLEM failed to rally when set down in the drive. DUDE W, tired after showing early speed. QUEENS CHANCE was through early.
