Moyer Returns Home AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Neb., June 6. — Earl J. Moyer, recently elected president of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners, visited the local course Saturday previous to returning to his home at Madison, Neb. In addition to his presidency with the national commission, Moyer also serves as chairman of the Nebraska ai State Racing Commission.
