Bone Guides Rudys Star To Lincoln Downs Score LINCOLN DOWNS, Lincoln, R. I., May 2. — Frankie Bone, leading rider of the nation, guided Apponaugh Stables Rudys Star to victory in the Hope Valley, feature event on the afternoons program. This was Bones second win of the day, scoring earlier in the opening race with A. Siravos favored Trump Heavy. Approximately 5,000 fans turned out to witness the sport, which was conducted under clear weather and sunny skies. Bone made it three for the day on War Fund in the seventh. The Apponaugh Stable representative ran the five furlongs in the tepid time of 1:01 over a track termed good, winning by half a length over C. B. Sperrys Mindanao, who was two and one-half lengths to the fore of C. McRaes Tattoo. The latter was a length ahead of Mrs. M. M. Jurgens Time o Glory.
