To Make Second Investigation WASHINGTON, D. C, May 15 UP.— The Commerce Department will make a new loyalty investigation of William W. Remington as a result of testimony before the House un-American Activities Committee that he used to be a Communist. Two self-styled ex-communists told the committee recently that the 0,000-a-year commerce employe joined the Communist Party 13 years ago when he worked for the Tennessee Valley Authority. Remington, 19 at the time of his alleged party membership, denied the charge under oat. It will be Remingtons second loyalty investigation.
