BLANK DISMAY lacked speed, but improved his position steadily and was getting to the winner near the finish. HOLD THE DICE moved up to threaten when hard urged, but gave way in the closing stages. BIMEBELLA caught tired horses. CASCADIAN was pinched back going into the first turn and gave way badly in the final eighth. SIR MONTE had early speed, but .tired. BACIAGALOOP quit. NON FERRO began to bear out going into the final turn while in command, went very wide leaving the final turn and was disqualified and placed fourth. FALSE MOVE raced wide on the first turn, moved up on the outside to menace, was impeded leaving the far turn and failed to rally. SIDDONS failed to respond.
