Goy. Seizes Jersey Gas Co. TRENTON, N. J.. May 15 UP.— Gov. Alfred E. Driscoll seized the Public Service Electric and Gas Co. today and ordered that 4,000 striking maintenance workers return to their jobs. The governor seized the firm under the States Utility Anti-TrUst Law: after electric service to home users broke down in several parts of New Jersey.
