Delaware Notes DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 7. Lets Live, the property of C. W. Heihicke, was among the arrivals from Garden State Park. A quartet of campaigners conditioned by Max Hirsch checked in over the week-end from Garden State Park.Jn the contingent were Sonic, High Scud, Hull Down and Armagh. Tommy Steele, who served on the official family at Garden State, and will again serve at Monmouth Park, was on hand this morning distributing condition books and stake application blanks for the north Jersey meeting. Holly Beach Farms Passing Jack, a colt who has worked well this spring, but has failed to show his true speed in competition, will be altered this week, according to trainer Jimmy Rowan. Cecil Phillips, who will leave here shortly to take over the assignment of starter during the 10-day Cumberland meeting, has arranged to take Ernie "Boots" Kaufman, Bob CBrey, Bud Cunningham and Marcel Sere with him to comprise his crew.
