Changes in Racing Officials WATERFORD PARK, Chester, W. Va., June 24.— Steward Jay Eyster will depart from his position at Waterf ord on Wednesday to take up a similar position in the stewards pagoda at Charles Town along with Jack Cooper, who will represent the state of West Virginia during that meeting. J. P. "Buddy" Brocator will also go to Charles Town where he acts as assistant racing secretary while Larry Abbundi takes over that position at Waterford during the conflict and will fill in as steward when Eyster departs. Adam "Scotty" Prain takes up the duties as paddock judge here while Steve Stone acts as the third steward at Charles Town until John Pons is free at the completition of the meeting here on July 4.
