California Racing Board Adopts Resolution on NASRC Meeting LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 24.— In appreciation of the very successful National Association of State Racing Commissioners convention, recently concluded in Los Angeles, the California Horse Racing Board has adopted the following resolution: "During the week of June 9, 1957, the twenty-third annual convention of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners was held in Los Angeles. Many of those who attended the convention stated that in their opinion this was one of the finest conventions ever held. "Its success was largely attributable to the efforts and cooperation of each of the following: Hollywood Turf Club, Operating Company Del Mar, Western Harness Rac-Company Del Mar, Western Harness Racing Association, American Totalisator Company, Harry Curland Catering Co., Daily Racing Form and the Morning Telegraph, Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association, J. H. Ryan Northridge Farm . "To all of you who contributed so much in time, finances and good fellowship, the California Horse Racing Board hereby expresses its sincere appreciation."
