Bulls-Eye at Louisville Track LOUISVILLE, Ky., June 24.— The Louisville Racing Association has installed a bulls-eye at the finish line of the Fairgrounds Speedway where a 28-day meeting opens on Wednesday. A large bulls-eye has been attached to the finish line pole as suggested in a recent editorial in Daily Racing Fohm.
